Tamara Andreas

• Trainer

Tamara Andreas is an international transformational leader, co-author of Core Transformation: Reaching the Wellspring Within, and a seasoned trainer with over 30 years of experience. Known for her heartfelt and gentle style, Tamara has brought Core Transformation and The Wholeness Work to Asia, Japan, and beyond. She mentors trainers, offers private coaching, and tailors presentations for businesses, health professionals, and educators. She's the lead designer of advanced and coach CT curriculum.

Mark Andreas

• Trainer

Mark Andreas is a personal transformation coach and internationally recognized trainer in NLP, Core Transformation, The Wholeness Work, and Metaphors of Movement. Alongside Tamara Andreas, he co-designed and co-teaches the Core Transformation Coach Certification Training. As the lead researcher for Core Transformation, Mark has spearheaded multiple randomized controlled trials demonstrating the effectiveness of CT when delivered by our Certified CT Coaches.

Develop skill in guiding the complete client journey, from first contact to last session. (Learn the goals and pitfalls of each stage of the client journey.)

Hone your sensory acuity to notice patters the client doesn’t say aloud, and may not even notice.
Learn to use Core Transformation with Addictions.
Learn a super advanced format, “Core Transformation with the Other,” to access otherwise inaccessible parts for even deeper transformation.
Deepen your facility to use Core Transformation with yourself, including when clients push your buttons, and learn how self guiding and personal examples can help some challenging clients.

Get Trained in a way that maximizes your time invested:

Gain extensive on-the-ground practice that will accelerate your learning each week. You will practice by providing full CT sessions within your small-groups, with people directly outside the program, and with those in need in the wider community.
Benefit from the learning that comes from each participant recording several sessions, then giving and receiving feedback on these sessions. You’ll also receive feedback on these sessions from your small-group mentor and from either Mark or Tamara.
Receive a one on one skills role-play review with Mark or Tamara, to ensure you’ve embodied the key skills for success with CT that come up in any session involving multiple parts (these skills are taught in detail in the Beyond the Script Video Course, which you get as a free bonus when you register for the Coach Certification–you can start learning these skills before the Certification Course even starts).
Get extensive experiential practice combined with peer feedback and support, mentor feedback and support, and Trainer feedback and support.
Experience 1 CT coaching session with your small-group mentor (and give one CT coaching session to your small-group mentor).
Coach each other as coaches.
Access the Core Transformation Coach Manual: over 200 pages of detailed information, including word-for-word variations and frames that can be useful for specific client situations.

How you will learn

In addition to the main trainings taught by Tamara, Mark & Connirae (28-hours worth of material), you will have four Mentor Group training sessions led by certified CT coaches (12 hours).

In these Mentor Group sessions, you will be learning new material through short videos from Tamara and Mark, followed by practice sessions facilitated by your Mentors. We’ve realized that the number one way to become a skilled practitioner of Core Transformation is through practice, combined with this kind of peer support—where we can learn not only from our own experience, but also from that of others.
With three levels of practice and three levels of feedback, this program offers the opportunity to truly merit your certificate when you complete. We aren’t looking for perfection, but we are there to support your improvement at every step, so you’ll be prepared for a highly successful practice.
It’s not just about what we want to teach, it’s about what YOU want to learn. This course is designed with the flexibility to address real client challenges faced by participants. You can bring your toughest client examples to the training, and there will be exercise and/or group discussion time to find solutions. In this training we go beyond teaching specific solutions, to also include teaching our strategies for dealing with one-of-a-kind situations. What do we do when the usual solution doesn’t work? You’ll find out!

To be certified

Those wanting to be certified as a Core Transformation coach will need to be present live for each training session.

Ask us in advance if you need a special exception.
If you have to miss the first meeting (orientation), that’s ok as long as you tell us 1 week beforehand so we know you’re still participating in the course. If you miss orientation, be sure to watch the recording of orientation soon after the session.
