She also has a private practice in Los Angeles, CA and she finds that one of her most effective tools for helping people get the changes they want in their lives is the Core Transformation process. Along with her husband Al Sargent, author of The Other Mind's Eye, they direct Success Design International, a training company designed to help people realize personal and professional success. Marilyn is the first trainer authorized by Connirae and Tamara Andreas to present this profound workshop. She trained personally with them and continues to work with them in mentoring new trainers and counselors. After 15 years as a university psychology professor, Steve founded two successful training companies and has trained introduced NLP based trainings to thousands of people in Canada, the United States, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand. Steve studied with the originators of NLP, and has been offering courses in NLP since 1981. He has also been using the elements of Core Transformation in his training since 1991. Participants in seminars and workshops praise Steve's ability to explain material in easily understood terms and facilitate their learning these amazingly valuable skills while thoroughly enjoying the process.
She is a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist-PS (NBCCH-PS) and also holds a masters degree in Dance/Movement Therapy. Rachel has been a course leader for American Management Association and a private consultant for executives. She has been trained by Jack Canfield to facilitate self-esteem trainings. In addition to NLP, she includes Thought Field Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Self-Relations in her therapeutic repertoire. He is a certified trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (NBCCH), and member of the International Core Transformation Training Team. He holds masters degrees in Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology and in Education. For over twenty years, Steven has designed and led trainings and seminars in NLP, Ericksonian Hypnosis, and Core Transformation® in the United States and Europe. Steven has studied with Connirae Andreas, Richard Bandler, Jack Canfield, Robert Dilts, Stephen Gilligan, John Grinder, and Virginia Satir. He is also a founding member of the International Association for NLP (IANLP).

Peter McNab was only the second certified CT Trainer and the first outside the US. He is also an INLPTA Master Trainer and has taught NLP for over a decade in over a dozen countries and on three continents. He first discovered the CT process when he assisted Connirae Andreas on her only European seminar in 1992. Since then he has taught the CT process in laces as diverse as Manchester and Budapest, Dublin and Valencia. Peter is also a founder member of Ken Wilber's Integral Institute working specifically with the Integral Medicine group using NLP, the Enneagram and the CT process to develop more integral ways of approaching health issues. Enhancement of St. Joseph's Medical Center, Baltimore's foremost
Complimentary Medicine program, where he coordinates the
innovative Acupuncture/Hypnotherapy Smoking Cessation Clinic, as
well as the Surgery Support Coaching program. He is also on the
clinical training faculty of the Center for Complimentary Medicine
